Do you know of a Nicolanian possessing good moral character, living as a true witness to the Christian principles and values, contributing to the enrichment of his/her profession and to the betterment of the community to which he/she belongs?
These are exactly the qualifications to be satisfied by any nominee to the prestigious Most Outstanding Nicolanian Award (MONICA). The nominees shall be judged according to the following criteria:

1. CHRISTIAN WITNESSING (30%)

- good moral character
- Christian principles and values
- ideal spiritual life

2. CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP (20%)

- initiates developmental activities
- promotes harmonious relationship as a leader
- creates opportunities for growth and total human development
- potential for continued contributions

3. PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT (30%)

a. Local
    National
    International
b. Significance of Accomplishments

4. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT (20%)

- active participation in the community
- deep commitment to service
